Savannah, GA

I am late in posting this part of the trip. We were actually in Savannah almost 2 weeks ago. Oh well, I am telling you about it now ;)

We actually stayed in Rincon, GA. Which is about 15 miles from Savannah. We were only there 3 days. We hung out at the campground most of the time. We ate out at El Real Mexican with Uncle John and Aunt Wendy, who live in Springfield, which is about 20 minutes from Rincon. That was Monday night.

Tuesday we went to downtown Savannah. I love Savannah. I think I could live there.

Of course I had to go to the fabric store. This cutie little store was great! Such uniqueness. I got some fabric there that you will see in a later post.

I thought this was such a cool idea. I think I will have this in my sewing room when I get back home. All my favorite fabrics in embroidery rings all over the wall.  What fun!

We went to this cute, organic grocery market in downtown. It was good. We got sandwich stuff, went to the park and had a picnic. We even saw a dog drink out of the water fountain. Then later saw some man drink from it and laughed because he had no idea he was drinking after a dog ;)

We played football and frisbee at the park, too :)

This is our camper at the campground in Rincon. Yep, that's me... readin' ;)
